Silvertree Advisory works with general partners across venture and growth equity, and with the founders they back. The practice is small by design. New engagements are rare and usually arrive through existing relationships. We take on a select few partnerships at a time and commit to them completely — through a measured cadence, considered counsel, and the discipline of not doing more than we can do well.
